Director of Primary
Zoe Shaw
As the Primary School Director at Pal Buddhist School, my heart is deeply connected to the blossoming of each young mind entrusted to our care. Every day, I am present to nurture a learning environment steeped in mindfulness and compassion, a space where curiosity and inner growth naturally unfold. I see myself as a guide, walking alongside our dedicated teachers, supporting them in creating experiences that resonate with the interconnectedness of all things.
My days are often filled with the joyful energy of the children, whether I am observing their mindful explorations in the classroom, sharing a moment of calm during a guided meditation, or celebrating their acts of kindness towards one another.
I collaborate closely with families, recognising the vital role they play in their child's journey of self-discovery. Together, we create a tapestry of support, woven with threads of understanding and shared intention.
It is my privilege to foster a culture where resilience is nurtured, where challenges are met with gentle awareness, and where the inherent potential within each child is lovingly encouraged to shine. I strive to ensure that our primary years lay a strong foundation, not just in academic learning, but in cultivating inner peace, empathy, and a profound sense of belonging within our Pal Buddhist School community.
